We are also committed to assisting residents of our communities and commercial properties by distributing notices every time a storm approaches.

From time to time residents will require maintenance and repairs to the common areas of their properties. Residents are welcome to contact our office to notify Exclusive Property Management Group of the maintenance and repair requests. If you or your community have identified an issue that needs review, please click on the link below to submit the Maintenance Work Order form to our office.
Certain communities and commercial properties allow for modification to properties. Exclusive Property Management Group will work closely with you and your residents to ensure that all modification requests are properly reviewed and approved by board members, owners, residents and occupants, in addition to ensuring that the proposed modifications are done in accordance with local state and city building codes as well as securing permits required by each city.
